An advertisement on pg. 13 of The Five Roses Food ‘N Fun Book for Young Canada: Exciting New Ideas That Will Really Make Your Parties Swing. The contest is for teenage girls between the ages of 13 and 17 (sorry, guys). The prize is an all-expense paid trip to the provincial or national bake-offs for you and one parent (or an "authorized chaperon) plus the chance to win a 00 educational grant or a 00 Canada Savings Bond.

1.I’m a soap whore. I love high end soaps, be it soaps I bought when I was in Amsterdam, to soaps and shower gels I have bought from DHC. Will they make me look 10 years younger, unlikely. But the pleasure I get in using them must count for something.
